Customer Service was excellent with the area where to eat and entertainment.

6/10 Good

The hotel was clean and breakfast options standard. Staff were very kind. Our one issue was the room felt very damp. This is an area with high humidity, but even the carpet and sheets felt damp. The window a/c split was having a hard time keeping up. Everything else was great and we were only there for one night.

Room was unbelievably humid. The AC did not dry it out at all, and didn't help cool the room off much. The humidity was so bad, some of the light fixtures were rusted and had mold, the little sofa legit felt damp when we sat on it, and the pages of a book I had brought literally started to curl overnight. There was just general wear and tear all over the room, too. We stayed here because it was one of the cheaper options in the area the night we passed through. You get what you pay for, unfortunately. I will say the staff here was really so nice and I hope they are appreciated.

The check in process was quick and the front desk clerk was pleasant and inviting. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave in a room is always a bonus. Overall our stay was peaceful and convenient to all nearby shops.

We enjoyed our stay in Foley Alabama. It was less than a half hour to Gulf Shores State Park. We enjoyed the.Holmes medical museum nearby. We enjoyed eating at Lambert’s. We enjoyed the warm small pool, but there was no hot tub. overall it was a wonderful stay.

6/10 Good

The breakfast was awful, we had to go out and eat. Staff snappy. We had a lot of luggage and housekeeping jumped on the elevator with her cart so we could not get on. And I don’t understand why we were put in a handicapped room.

Great place to stay. Stayed for 3 days. Great breakfast for the most part, they restocked as soon as they were out of items. Pool was warm and my son enjoyed it. Housekeeping did a great job stocking the towels and taking the trash. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The only small complaint was the ac in our room was set to 68 and it felt humid in there for the most part. But all around a good experience.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Had a nice breakfast. Breakfast area was nice and clean. Pillow cases was pretty worn with yellow ting to them. There was black smudges, looked to be mascara on the top of duvet. Air conditioner worked well. Quiet.
