Based in a really quiet neighbourhood close to the tram and railway station both a short walk away this is a lovely place to stay in Dublin. Convenient to major attractions such as Guinness Townhouse and Jamesons Distillery it is walkable to most attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Immaculate room and well maintained. Recommended.

Room was clean and it was nice and quiet, the staff I spoke to were very friendly but not too helpful as they seemed to have very limited knowledge, the location is a little way out and when I asked which tram numbers would get me back here and when was the last one, I was informed to look it up on google maps as they did not know. In addition bring your own shampoo as only towels are provided. They couldn't provide a cup or beaker for the room to take water / tablets and bring your own shampoo. I bought water and thought I would top up at the kitchenette on checkout, mistake was handing in the card as the tap just dripped in the kitchenette, so I could not get any.

The location was great and the staff very friendly. The room was tiny and very hot unable to control temperature. There was a communal kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee but no cups or spoons or coffee but the station is nearby with lovely cafes. It is student accommodation and was handy for us for a few days.

This property was excellent to stay at. The rooms were clean with plenty of space to sit your stuff down on and even unpack if you were there for a few days. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were very flat, so this could be improved on. The area felt extremely safe and even had multiple scans to go from building to building. It was within a 5 minute walk to two of the hop on and hop off bus tours pickup and closely located to pubs and a small convenience store to get food and drinks. It was also a 8 minute walk from the Dublin Express that gets you to and from the airport.

Great base for exploring Dublin

This is great for an affordable few nights in Dublin. The accommodation is a block of student flats which are rented out when students aren't there; as such it's very well kept and secure. It's impossible to get into any part of the complex without a keycard, which is a really nice reassuring touch. The bedrooms and communal areas are all clean and well maintained, and everyone was friendly. Location wise you are a little out of the city centre here, but the area is quiet and it's very easy to get around by bus, tram or train - the nearest bus & tram stop is a 5-10 minute walk and the train station is only a few minutes further. There are local pubs, cafes and restaurants a street or two away and everything else is easily accessible via public transport. It's important to know that this will be a no-frills experience - the rooms are small with no TV or kettle; there's no option for breakfast; and rather than staff, the people on the reception desk are largely students. They were all lovely but obviously inexperienced. There are no 'extras' - we asked for extra pillows and towels on day one and didn't get any by the time we left. Also information is hard to come by - we were given no guidance on check-out time or any procedures at any point.When we stayed the property had recently been taken over by a new management company, which could explain a little of the disjointedness. I would definitely stay here again, overall it was positive - and now I know what to expect!
