Disappointing

The area was extremely run down and we were told my several taxi drivers to be careful that it was dangerous. The internet did not connect once on any device and when talking to reception they told us the signal was weak. None of the staff spoke any English so it was difficult to even communicate through google translate with no internet. The air conditioning made a lot of noise when turned on. There was blaring music from a bar on the street below which also seemed to have the sound carried through the AC. I would not reccomend staying here.

Infelizmente ralo do banheiro cheio de cabelos, cobertores e lençóis com cheiro ruim, café da manhã muito fraco (mas com bons funcionários tentando manter), ambiente sempre com aspecto de velho e sujo mas por ser um hotel que não modernizou, a demais sinceramente não recomendo por ser em local perigoso(perto da antiga Cracolândia de Sampa) e para piorar segurança ruim, eu permaneci por que não tenho medo...

A localização não é ruim. A equipe de funcionários é bem prestativa. O café da manhã é péssimo! Sem variedades. Não havia lugar para me sentar, sentei numa mesa suja cheia de pratos. Muito desagradável, estava lotado porque 2 hotéis compartilham o mesmo lugar. Tive problemas com a cama do quarto que estava dura, rangendo , sem condições alguma, a equipe foi prestativa em me colocar em outro quarto. Faltou água quando eu estava tomando banho, mas a equipe foi rápida em responder! Resumindo: a equipe é maravilhosa, o problema é o hotel mesmo!

Quarto aconchegante, café da manhã razoável. Banheiros muito antigos. Em alguns pontos do quarto encontramos fios de cabelos que não eram nossos. A cápsula de banho estava bem suja, bem com a soboneteira. Localização excelente, tem um restaurante e pizzaria bem na frente e bom custo benefício.
