L’hôtel est vraiment au bord de la mer, la piscine est correcte et il y’a même une deuxième piscine avec toboggans qui peut plaire aux enfants et ados. Nous avions des chambres avec vue sur mer qui étaient correctes. Cependant deux gros points noirs sont à signaler. La restauration est catastrophique avec d’une part une qualité très médiocre des plats proposés sans aucune variation, et d’autre part des files d’attente pour obtenir quoi ce soit…bref, le moment du repas devient un moment de tension avec des clients mécontents, des serveurs sous pression, une salle insuffisamment climatisée… L’organisation du restaurant est vraiment à revoir complètement !! Le deuxième point noir est le manque de transats et surtout de matelas au niveau de la piscine, ce qui pousse certains clients à se réveiller à 6h du matin pour « réserver » des matelas, et d’autres à « s’arranger » avec l’équipe pour leur réserver ce qu’il faut. Cet hôtel est un synonyme de gâchis : une belle infrastructure avec un bon emplacement, mais un service médiocre et une organisation défaillante.

If you like noise until all hours of the day and night with endless kids screaming at two in the morning and boom boom uncontrollable noise then ok. Loads of kids get dropped off in to swim in the pool. No security to stop them making a racket. I had to get up at two in the morning and ask them to stop the noise. Never can this place be four stars!! Building is outdated and on its last legs!! Stay away it’s awful!!

la limpieza fatal . cucarachas por todos sitios . la basura te llega al cuello, no dan gel de baño , solo 2 jabones q dan para medio brazo y el jabo huele a estiércol. No hay aire acondicionado ni tan siquiera un ventilador , con el calor q hace alli ... no venden nada de comer en el hotel , si se te pasa la hora de la comida no comes mas hasta el dia siguiente . llegamos y nos dijeron todo incluido con una manilla ... resulta que hasta un té habia q pagarlo , lo de menos es el dinero pq es barato pero venden una cosa q no es cierta ! EL WIFI INEXISTENTE. NO LO RECOMIENDO JAMAS . NO VOLVERÉ. Hay opciones alrededor muchísimo mejor de precio y confort , y me guié por las "4 estrellas del hotel' que de 4 estrellas no tiene nada
