Recently back staying in the Castle Dargan as I was attending an event at the hotel, everything is perfect from check-in, through to Accommodation Services, Food & Beverage Service, Breakfast Service and checking out! Got to meet Lucy who has started to work at the Castle Dargan Hotel and she’s an extremely efficient and friendly member of staff along with Caroline on the front desk! Castle Dargan Hotel is an award winning hotel and restaurant and the food was decadent and extremely delicious! The atmosphere and ambiance was warm and inviting and I would definitely recommend the Castle Dargan Hotel for all your dining needs! 5 stars throughout 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

8/10 Very good

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and very good quality. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, while still being conveniently close to Sligo. The apartments are spacious and ideal for large families, providing plenty of room and comfort for everyone. The only minor downside was the boiler, which was quite noisy when heating water. It was also difficult to maintain a consistent water temperature for bathing, and it seemed that the thermostat might not have been working properly. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed the restaurant in particular. While a bit slow with service, the food was really good, and we sat outside with a wonderful view of the golf course.
