The room was very basic, which I expected for the price I paid. However, I wasn’t expecting stained bed linen or someone’s hair either. Would I stay again probably not. The member of staff I did have an interaction with due to a slight issue with the check-in machine was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is very run down, the key card door mechanisms don’t work for a lot of the rooms so we had to get a key which took 45 mins ( this was the same for our friends rooms), the soap dispensers are broken in both the rooms and the hotel itself is poor condition. We have stayed in Première class hotels on previous occasions so we do understand that this is a budget hotel but this hotel needs some repairs done.

It was such a horrible experience. The room was unbearably dirty, the toilet was smelly, and the shower… I believe it could serve better as a microbiology laboratory rather than a shower! I’m not sure if any word has ever been invented to express how bad our experience was.

On Expedia hotel says WiFi and self check-in plus breakfast. WiFi wouldn't connect as you need it verified by reception but reception was in another hotel so they couldn't access. Self checkin machine broken so had to go separate hotel to book in. Breakfast was in different hotel as well. There was no staff on site at anytime. The emergency number was for the reception thank god we didn't need it. Tried to phone premier classes main number, gave up, so emailed them to see if WiFi could verified as we needed to contact our next stop. They sent me the next day ,phone number for the hotel reception even though I had stated it was closed completely. Not a happy bunny.

Bon Accueil. Carte magnétique très pratique pour la chambre, et l'accès au parking gratuit après 23h. Linge de lit et serviette propre. Cependant écoeuré par le sol très collant, et l'état de moisissure et vétusté de la salle de bain/wc. Vraiment dommage.

Ça fait l'affaire si vous y passez une nuit mais c'est pas la folie non plus. L'accueil se fait dans l'hôtel dans face ce qui fait que l'hôtel première classe est sans surveillance constamment, d'autant plus que les portes de chambres donnent directement dehors, ce qui n'est honnêtement pas très rassurant. Néanmoins le personnel est très agréable et il y a toujours des places de parking disponibles.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres. Pour l’une, impossible d’ouvrir la porte avec la carte magnétique. Au bout de 3 essais infructueux de rechargement de la carte, le responsable de l’accueil nous a donnés une clé. Impossible de se doucher car il y avait juste un filet d’eau qui coulait. Pour l’autre chambre, pas d’eau chaude. Au final, le responsable de l’accueil nous a offert le petit déjeuner en dédommagement.

De kamer was erg slecht onderhouden. Er zat schimmel op de muren. Er was een goede airco in de kamer, wat bij de zomerse temperaturen fijn was. De bedden waren erg hard en ook het kussen was hard en dun. Je betaalt weinig voor de kamer, maar krijgt ook weinig.
