Thank you for our stay. The location is fantastic, but a few things are worth mentioning. The buffet quality has dipped compared to previous visits and could use some attention. We also noticed the shower door was broken at the base, causing water to leak onto the floor — something worth fixing for future guests. I understand slow seasons bring challenges, but consistent quality is key to staying competitive. I hope to see these improvements on our next visit.

Luxurious, quiet room with a comfy bed. Very convenient location, ~25 minute walk from the museums and imperial city and ~5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on the walking streets. I had a wonderful stay here. The location was amazing. Best of all was Van Duc who went out of his way to ensure I was able to see the tombs and the pagoda on my very short time frame. His help and service was exceptional!
