Overall, we had a good stay and felt this hotel offered good value, especially because of its excellent location. It was within easy walking distance of many of Rome's main attractions, and we always felt safe exploring the area. The after-hours check-in process was simple and well organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was greatly appreciated during the hot weather. There are a few areas that could use improvement. The room could have been cleaner overall, and the shower showed noticeable yellow staining that made it feel a bit dingy. The mattresses seemed quite old and were very firm, and there were a few stains on the bedding. While these issues didn't ruin our stay, addressing them would make the experience better. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a well-located place to stay.

The hotel was very old but renovated. We had a two night stay and all went well. The desk clerk was very helpful. The hotel is well located near many shops, dining, bars, etc. Also near the Vatican and Hop on Hop off bus pick up point. My friend and I are older travellers, and found the hotel to be perhaps more suitable for the younger crowd. We found the steps to be a bit difficult but it did fit our needs for the two nights we were there. The hotel arranged a transfer to the airport for us and that worked very well.
