I would gladly pay $30 extra to stay at another hotel rather than stay at this one. The bed and sheets were stinky and had dirty spots on them. The towels were disgusting and also had stains. I understand this is a cheap motel, but I didn’t expect this level of cleanliness and service. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff, however, was good.

Reception was minimal engagement, not super welcoming, but efficient. The property was reasonable for the low price. Room was sufficient for one night. It was clean enough to be comfortable. The small balcony had residual old shingles with nails in them from a recent roof job. The balcony was nice and overlooked the pool. The pool was small, but nice and refreshing. No hot tub. The worst thing was a low end apartment building that had people partying, loud, drugs and just a bit unnerving. Their party was loud and stinky, hence, swim was short and I had to close my balcony door. We left early, no coffee available at the office when it first opened, not a big deal. I would stay again if in a pinch for availability and price. Parking was perfect, right in front of unit.
