We were not able to use the water amenity between late check in time and early close of pool in the evening.... Our room was one that had not been updated and there was a huge stain in the carpet, yuck! Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. But not really worth the charge.

There were many hallways under renovation when we were there. Our room was clearly recently renovated. Getting to our room from the parkade was difficult, as the rooms and hallways are all built around the main attraction of the hotel, the mineral pools. We had a great night for the waters, a clear night, the moon over the outdoor part of the pool, and no wind. The pool closed from 20:30 to 21:00 for cleaning, then the adult only hours open. Very lovely experience. Very easy walk to the Tunnels of Moose Jaw (we really enjoyed that) and some good restaurants. We strolled to Bobby's Place, a Scottish themed pub. Food was great!

We enjoyed our stay, especially for the nice spa area. We reserved a balcony room . It looked out at a park, which was nice however there was some noise from the road. It was an older part of the facility but was clean…I should have asked for one of the newly remodeled rooms. Staff was great, breakfast was good, not free. The room was roomy and convenient to the spa (overhead walkway goes to spa.) Spa robes were in the room. Also convenient to casino, however we didn’t spend time there. We walked around the downtown area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Temple Gardens! The highlight of my visit was definitely the spa—I especially loved my mud wrap and facial, which were both incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. It was so convenient to be able to enjoy the mineral pool throughout my stay. The adults-only swim time in the evening was a wonderful addition, and I really appreciated that the pool opened at 7:00 a.m. exclusively for hotel guests. It made for such a peaceful start to the day. I enjoyed my experience so much that I’ve already booked another stay for Christmas, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!

The pool and spa area was very nice. The food available at the hotel and spa were very limited. No dairy free options for special coffees and no gluten free options except for raw veggies and fruit cups at the spa canteen. The restaurants were similar. This is not the only place where I have experienced this but I was expecting more from this place as I thought they would have varied guests at their hotel and would want to cater to their needs For the cost the rooms were very well appointed and overall the room was clean. Except for the carpets which were badly in need of a good cleaning

It was great having our own balcony to enjoy the fresh air and open up the door and sit outside. Not many hotels offer a balcony unless you have a suite and it was included in our standard room. The pools were wonderful, so relaxing and enjoyable. They were very large giving you lots of room to soak and you could either be indoors or outdoors. It was especially nice having a lovely robe provided so you could change in your own room and just stroll over to the pool. All areas of the hotel were very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will certainly recommend it to family and friends.
