All the walls need to be cleaned. (The doors, door knobs, ect.) O always take my cleaning supplies with me. There aren't very many options in Cisco, and the ONLY reason we stay there is because our grandkids are super close to that location. Be prepared to start sweating when you go to check in. Lobby is hot and they have yet to turn on the a/c. They are not very friendly, but their son down the road at Executive Inn is very friendly and their rooms are cleaner!!

The room was clean and smelled nice. The room was a nice size w/2 queen beds. I would have liked to have an extra pillow on each bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean.Rick was nice on the phone and gave us a ground level room as we requested. I could not get anyone to answer the phone to confirm my reservation. I called 12 times. The Cisco Chamber of commerce helped me find their private phone # to confirm my reservation. I only stayed 1 night. The motel looked fully booked, but it was quiet. We could not hear traffic from the interstate in our room. The price was fair for this location. I booked through expedia with no problems. Check-in was very easy and the attendant was friendly. They do not offer a free breakfast (Sonic is 2 blocks away) but they do have a full size coffee pot in the room, which is nice. Overall, I would stay here again and I would reccomend it as a budget hotel.

Had to stay in another hotel because there was NO staff covering hotel booked. They apparently owned another hotel that I was able to get in, but had to drive there. Upon check in I made way to room that 93 degrees inside. There were dirty clothes in the dresser in the room as well. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. They charged me $7 extra over amount because I used a debit card to check in. Housekeeping walked in room with no notice before check out. So unprofessional and not a good stay. Would not stay here ever. Drive down the road to another town

Everything was clean enough except for dusty coffee pot. Problem with tv and remote, 3 people worked on it a different times for about an hour, finally the 16 year old son figured it out. Very apologetic for the delay. I think the room should have been a lower price for the accommodations.

Middle eastern poor hotel

It was one of my worst places I ever stay. I thought I was somewhere in India in midlife eastern country. For the quality and the service it should have been priced at $15-20. Save your money find different places or sleep in your car instead.

It was an excellent value. The only real problems had to do with language barrier. The people running Cisco have very little use of the English language. It was difficult to communicate with them.
