I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 5 years and am never disappointed. It is very clean and all of the staff is excellent and helpful. The breakfast is the best, with a lot of choices. The room is spacious and I even received an extra table to do my artwork on in the room. It is wonderful to have such a comfortable place to stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly when checking me in. The room was great- quiet and cool with the kitchen and dishware needed to cook meals for a long-term stay. Breakfast was great, and the staff worked hard to keep everything stocked.

6/10 Good

Loved the spacious suite and the convenience of having a kitchenette—it made our stay very comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, and overall we had a nice stay. However, the bathroom could definitely have been cleaned better. There was a noticeable urine odor around the toilet, and unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower. This really needs to be addressed, as hot water is a basic expectation for any hotel stay. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spacious accommodations.

The staff especially front were super friendly and helpful and took great pains to ensure any requests were taken care off. The complimentary breakfast was decent and better than the usual run of the mill complimentary breakfast offered by most of the other hotel chains. Keep up the good work

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel was bright and cheery. We stayed there for graduation weekend and there were festive decorations and snacks available as well as a welcome event. The breakfast was plentiful and there was an area to dine outside. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and we loved the kitchenette area. Our original plan was to stay at a more upscale hotel but after experiencing this hotel I would absolutely return.

The room was great. Nice amenities too - including a basketball court and they let you borrow a basketball! Breakfast would have been great but the morning was poorly staffed. There was a shortage of plates/bowls and the one stafff member who was working could not keep up with the dishes and refilling food. Not her fault at all - just needed more staff for the crowd.

The hotel is well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay in a spacious, well furnished suite with all the amenities. The only drawback was a loud HVAC system, whenever it was running. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We'll definitely stay again!

The staff was super friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast was delicious. Every day there was different food which I appreciated as it’s easy to get bored if the breakfast is the same every day.

Room was clean and spacious, mini kitchen stocked with utensils even without me requesting and staff were kind and corteous. They served free food on Christmas eve as well. Overall a great stay as usual, it's our 3rd time booking here.
