Beautiful and clean suite. We enjoyed sitting on the patio which had a view of the water. Our host packed us a breakfast because we had to leave early and it was wonderful. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a great place. We would stay here again.

One of the few properties I’ve stayed at that actually matched most of the reviews. This B&B is a two-storey building, with the host living upstairs and the guests staying on the lower level. There are three guest rooms on that floor, each with a private bathroom and access to a shared kitchen. Upon our arrival, the host, Elizabeth, provided clear instructions regarding check-in and parking. The view from the terrace on the guest floor is exactly as shown in the pictures, with an unobstructed view of Mission Hill and Okanagan Lake. Our room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are also a couple of tables on the terrace where you can enjoy meals and drinks while taking in the excellent view. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruits, and a few other items. The only minor drawback is that noise from the shared kitchen can be heard quite clearly in the rooms whenever someone is using it. Fortunately, our neighbours were never too early or too late, so this wasn’t really an issue during our stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a B&B I would happily recommend.
