Une remise en Ă©tat des lieux est plus que nĂ©cessaire ainsi qu’une formation du staff obligatoire. Chambre spacieuse mais deco vieillissante. Espace extĂ©rieur agrĂ©able. Point positif la faible frĂ©quentation de l’hĂŽtel qui permet de disposer des piscines seul. Directrice Ă  l’écoute mais staff inexistant.

Hotel vetuste, nous avons Ă©tĂ© logĂ© en chambre 411 oĂč des notre arrivĂ©e, les premiers problĂšmes ont commencĂ© Ă  surgir: - Chasse des toilettes ne marche pas, - Literie vieillisante et lit trĂšs petit, - Cables Ă©lectriques apparants, - Serviettes de bain insuffisantes, Mais surtout nous avons du passer une nuit blanche a cause d’une clim centrale trĂšs bruyante et dont le ventilateur fonctionnait toute la nuit et gĂ©nĂ©rait le bruit d’un vrai hangar industriel, pourtant ni moi ni mon Ă©pouse n’avons le sommeil lĂ©ger. Nous avons demandĂ© Ă  ĂȘtre relogĂ©, ce qui a Ă©tĂ© refusĂ©, demandĂ© a parler a quelqu’un de la direction, qui n’a pas souhaitĂ© ns recevoir. On nous Ă  meme dit que c’était un jour fĂ©riĂ© et que la direction n’était pas joignable. Au bout de la 2e nuit et sans rĂ©soudre le problĂšme, la seule solution proposĂ©e Ă  20H par la rĂ©ception Ă©tait de quitter l’hotel et de faire une rĂ©clamation a Expedia. Quel dommage d’en venir a un niveau d’accueil aussi bat et surtout irresponsable de mettre en vente des chambres d’un equipment tellement vĂ©tuste. Je ne reviendrai jamais !!!

Ik heb volop genoten van mijn verblijf in het Murano Resort. Ze waren heel erg vriendelijke service en klantgericht. ik zelf beheerst de Franse taal niet maar er was altijd wel iemand die mij in het Engels kon assisteren. Ze werken samen met een private/taxi bedrijf die voor goedkoop je overal naartoe brengen. Ik zou Murano Resort aan iedereen aanbevelen. Ze waren begripvol en geduldig.

Precioso entorno, pero la habitación deja que desear. No hay mesilllas de noche. Muy poca luz. Baño muy pequeño, habitación rara con la cama nada mås entrar. El personal muy agradable. El hotel necesita una reforma urgente. Los accesos imposibles. Un camino de tierra muy bacheado. Sin señalizar. Imposible de encontrar si GPS. Muy lejos de la,ciudad. Necesitas coche para todo.

I wanted a few days in the sun - and got exactly that. The hotel is in the Palmeraie (huge palm grove) outside Marrakech itself. A shuttle can be ordered easily from the hotel. The food in the hotel was very good and the breakfasts were excellent. I'm happy to recommend the Murano Resort.

Hotel situĂ© dans la Palmeraie, un peu en retrait du centre donc voiture de location obligatoire pour toute sortie extĂ©rieur. Pas beaucoup de monde en cette pĂ©riode, tant mieux, nous avons pu apprĂ©cier en journĂ©e le silence, la beautĂ© du cadre, des trĂšs beaux jardins et la gentillesse du personnel de la piscine. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© loge tout au bout de l'hĂŽtel dans des chambres sans grand luxe mais mignonnette, bonne literie, propre avec nĂ©cessaire de toilette inclus, malheureusement des chiens ont aboyĂ©s toutes les nuits ne nous laissant dormir et mettant nos nerfs Ă  rude Ă©preuve. Nous l'avons signalĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception qui nous Ă  informĂ© ĂȘtre au courant mais ce ou ces chiens Ă©tant extĂ©rieur Ă  l'hĂŽtel... Malika, adorable rĂ©ceptionniste, en bonne professionnel nous a offert le petit dĂ©jeune en compensation.
