Good stay. Hotel is in a nice condition. Was woken up at 05:13 AM by the prayer call. Breakfast is quality is a bit low quality, but a big selection. Gym, pool and spa areas are nice and mixed.

8/10 Very good

The real gem of this place is the staff, a shout out to Mr Faisal and Ms Asmaa who dealt with my concerns and turned my stay to a really good experience. The location is very convenient but this area gets really busy, so make sure you are ok with some unavoidable noise especially during rush hours.

Issues with check in

Unfortunately I was told on 3 out of our 7 bookings that they didn’t have the booking. Not really sure how their system works but it seemed a bit unorganised. All bookings were made a while ago so it wasn’t because it was last minute. I like the hotel in general, nice rooms, good gym and pool and also nice food. But I have stayed there a couple of times now and every time there seems to be some issues finding the bookings. I might start calling the hotel in advance to confirm that they got all bookings that were made.

2/10 Poor

The hotel was far from good. Left both days early in the morning and pressed the “clean room”. Both days I returned to the room at 3 pm and it hadn’t been cleaned, with meetings in the evening I just didn’t have my room cleaned in the whole of the stay. Pool was dirty and breakfast was not great.
