At check-in, there was an intense cigarette smell everywhere. Countrrtop, glassware and furniture were dirty. 2 chairs were broken. Communicated the issues with Management on multiple times; by phone, text messages and online. Got no « real person » replies and nobody came to check on the issues or offered options to fix the problems. Very disapointed about the facility and the poor support

une odeur bizarre y règnait qu'ils ont essayé de camoufler avec des petits sapins sent-bon, la porte de garde-robe d'entrée ne tenait pas lorsque l'on tentait de l'ouvrir et la moitié des draps qu'il devait y avoir sur le lit était dans le garde-robe.
