客室は古かったですが、大変掃除が行き届いていたと思います。シャワールームの水はけが少し良くなかったように思います。スタッフの方の対応はとてもフレンドリーで大変感じが良かったです。ホテルの周りには食事をする場所も、生活用品を買う場所も揃っています。カフェもおしゃれなパン屋さんもありました。

此次住宿最大可惜點為當櫃檯報到，都已出示Hotels.com的訂單編號，櫃檯人員第一時間竟說沒有，當下非常錯愕，還好還願意做確認，若能做好交接；再加唯一對外窗的窗簾若能維修好，就更棒了！

高雄老飯店，裝潢設計風格別緻但是老舊。下地下室機械停車位剛開始很不習慣要有人帶才可以。客房插頭損壞且很少。不方便旅行充電。浴室沒有乾濕分離容易滑倒。地面地毯很多地方都洗不乾淨。早餐不好吃。
