The Lancaster Arts Hotel is a jewel. A unique historic hotel rebuilt from a warehouse factory to a boutique arts hotel. Walking distance to all you want to see in Lancaster adjacent Franklin Marshal College and it has a marvelous bar and restaurant. Highly recommend!

The hotel was excellent, very clean, beautifully decorated, great breakfast, and very helpful staff. I traveled with my family and my 8-year old had one of his drawings displayed in the elevator. He loved it!

6/10 Good

The place itself is very cool. The hotel rooms were unique and you can see the historical character which is great. The rooms are a little run down and could be a little bit cleaner. The parking there was very tight and the parking garage on the second floor was very very tight to get up to but it worked out OK. Its in walking distance to some restaurants and bars.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a king room and it was large, quiet and impressive. Little things like real glass bottled water and comfy, fluffy bathrobes. Our experience with Natalie at the front desk was unforgettable. She took note that I had a tear in a wallet and while we moved into our room, stitched it for me! We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant in a great downtown location. However, our room was overdue for an update. Mattress was a bit saggy, bathroom grout was cracked and dirty, AC was noisy and TV had no streaming.

We absolutely loved this hotel...so much so that we stayed an additional night! It's beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. They seem to have thought of everything when planning this special place. The staff was very helpful with questions we had about the area, and the hot breakfast was healthy and delicious. We'll definitely stay here again when in the area.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bar was pricy which was expected but the staff was all excellent.
