Beautiful spot on top of the hill looking down on the lake and town. Comfortable rooms with a shared breakfast nook on a small working vineyard. Oh and the best seats to sit and have your breakfast, traf a vook or just waych the world go by.

Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful sanctuary just outside of Penticton. I was working in penticton for a few days it is so close and convenient for heading into town but so lovely to be in peace and quiet when returning. The property itself is stunning, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast in the morning was perfect to take outside and enjoy the scenery. The hosts were so accommodating and lovely. I’m looking forward to returning!

The owners of the property were very accommodating and friendly. They txt us the day before to let inform us that they will greet us on the driveway.
Eddy, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

We have enjoyed the spacious and cosy room with ensuite bathroom and outside terrace. You will meet the owners by accident only. Breakfast is help yourself, consisting on fresh fruit, granola, yoghurt and bread with jam. Was absoltly sufficient for us.

The property had absolutely beautiful grounds, and the area it it's situated in is lovely. I rented a two bedroom cabin/cottage for my daughter and me. Unfortunately, unknown to us the second bedroom was in the basement so my daughter had to sleep downstairs. I have had recent back trouble and couldn’t do the stairs well, especially in the middle of the night. My daughter is afraid of bugs and there was a problem with beetles showing up in her room daily. I had to make my way downstairs daily to get rid of them which didn’t help my back. To make matters worse there’s an incline down to the cottage we were in and the parking we were assigned was taken over on our second day by someone else. We left a day early.

Great place for a great price

I can only speak to the “Munsonview” room condition and if the others are anything like this one it was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The complementary breakfast was abundantly supplied and the grounds were beautiful. Everyone I encountered was kind and my son made a friends with the owners 2 boys. It’s a terrific location to drive or bike to the main beach from. A great stay! Would love to go back.

Three nights in Penticton

The unit was spacious and well laid out. King size bed was very comfortable and the owners were very helpful getting us settled in.

Highly recommend! We were in town for a wedding and had an amazing time. The room was lovely, the property is beautiful, continental breakfast was great, and the location was great. It is close to the wineries, and a short drive (or medium walk) to town.

Every room was an individual cabin . It felt like a home away from home. Nancy the guard cat was the friendliest cat we've met

Peace secluded
Roman, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

A nice quiet (except for the rooster!) location among the vineyards. Large room with a large bathroom. Finding the place can be tricky as there are no signs on the road and the numbers of the address were obscured by leaves. It’s the only B&B we’ve ever been where the hosts don’t greet you or say farewell. You get a text with a code to get in the gate and another code to get in your unit…no host may appear. The breakfast room is small, attached to the main house and offers basic items like cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit. We found eating in our room was an issue as there was only a small, half-moon-shaped table attached to the wall with two large bar stools; not the most comfortable for eating. The room was large enough for an actual table and chairs. Also, the room fridge is tiny and could fit only a few things. With no restaurants nearby, if you want to bring some food back to the room to eat you have very little space to store it. There is a microwave, but only in the breakfast room and we were not sure the hours the room was open. The Wifi was very spotty. We did run into a couple of the hosts and they were very nice and helpful.

Beautiful property and easy to access. Continental breakfast is bare bones and could use some extra items. Room was beautiful but the nooks and crannies were needing some attention.

We had an amazing stay at Munson Mountain Estates! Darielle and Gordon were amazing! The instructions they provided were on point! The Estate was very esthetic! They had an amazing view from the vineyard and it was short drive to the lakside! We will definitely come back to stay!

Great stay, great location

Perfectly located accommodation right near the KVR to easily walk to various wineries, breweries, cideries, and into Penticton. Our room had everything we needed for a peaceful stay, and the continental breakfast was a nice bonus. An excellent alternative to renting a hotel room in Penticton, and taxis were a breeze to get back from town if we felt a little lazy.

Great B&B

Great B&B. Very comfortable and owner was prompt with text messages and good info for checking in and what not. Very convenient location to Penticton and all the wineries in the area. Great views. Super clean room. Everything in the room worked. Breakfast was bare bones continental. Saw owner and their family in the distance, but never had the chance to interact as we were quite busy. Would highly recommend and stay again next time.
