All communication was in Portuguese and through Expedia which delayed our ability to communicate effectively. That impacted our understanding of their policy to check in at 3pm or inform them before that time resulted in not knowing we lost our room with no refund when we arrived at 11:30pm right from airport. We called the company and language barrier was an issue, make sure to be prepared.

A friend who provided his email and cpf during the incheck, received a "Electronic Service Invoice" of a certain amount in Reals on his email from CHARLIE TECHNOLOGIA E ACOMODACOES LTDA. We where never informed of this in the booking or while checked in.

The building is nice, as is the location; however, the apartment wasn't very clean—it felt like someone had just left the place, and there was a bad smell. Communication with Charlie was difficult; they sent me the key code, but I only got in after entering the third code. I had to wait nearly an hour for the right one. I will never rent an apartment from Charlie again.

It was a horrible experience . We had molt in our room and the smell was horrible. It was cold and the Ac did not work as a heater. We got sick and plus there were bed bugs!!!!!! Do not recommend at all. Also they didn't refund or change our room

Tudo maravilhoso, confortavel, bem localizado. Utensilios como ferro secador, panelas etc. Porem meu problema foi comunicacao por sistema. O ar condicioando nao funcionou bem nenhum dia, pingando e mesmo que deixasse toalha ou panela, ia molhar o chão caso passasse a noite toda e poderia danificar o piso de madeira. Entao a ultima noite foi horrivel pq esquentou e acordei suada. As outras ok pq tava frio. Tentei por duas vezes agendar a visita tecnica, chegaram a confirmar mas nao apareceu ninguem nem foi resolvido. Mas o apto eh excelente.

Ao chegar no quarto ele está organizado, porém estava sujo, bastante cabelos no chão e outros tipos de sujeira. Comuniquei a organização e dentro de aproximadamente 30 minutos nos recolocaram em outro quarto. O tamanho do quarto era adequado e super fiel as fotos disponibilizadas.

Pagamos um valor justo pela estadia, muito limpo, fácil acesso e estrutura nova. A cama não é muito confortável mas quem quer conforto fica em casa né. Fácil acesso ao estacionamento (diária adicional de $35, avisado previamente no anúncio). Justo quando precisamos o café da manhã não estava disponível no saguão (era feriado) mas o anfitrião deixou duas cápsulas de café de cortesia que salvaram até acharmos uma padaria mais próxima. Quarto bem montado, funcional e limpo para a estadia que precisávamos. Voltaria sim.

Geralmente me hospedo em hotéis, mas, devido à pouca oferta na região, desta vez optei por uma locação por temporada. O apartamento é bom, bem equipado e possui excelente localização, próximo a restaurantes, supermercados e lojas. Como fiz o check-in por volta das 19h, esperava apenas tomar um banho, preparar uma refeição leve e assistir TV. O banho foi excelente, porém alguns pontos deixaram muito a desejar. Os utensílios de cozinha são de baixa qualidade, especialmente panelas e frigideiras, além da falta de alguns itens básicos, como pano de prato. O problema mais preocupante foi uma das cadeiras: ao me sentar, ela se abriu e acabei caindo no chão. Felizmente, a queda foi gradual e não tive maiores consequências. Depois constatei que faltava um parafuso, comprometendo sua estrutura e oferecendo risco de acidente. A TV também não funcionava. Acionei o atendimento pelo WhatsApp e fui informado de que poderiam levar até 24 horas para verificar. Após esse período, apenas reposicionaram um cabo que estava visivelmente à frente da TV ,que não funcionou. Quanto à cadeira, nada foi feito. Não tive tempo para abrir inúmeros chamados durante a estadia, especialmente por estar pagando por um serviço que não foi entregue integralmente. Problemas podem acontecer, mas a solução precisa ser rápida e eficiente. Infelizmente, minha primeira impressão não foi positiva e, em uma próxima visita a Alphaville, certamente procurarei outra opção.
