Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, mais é bom. Estacionamento ok. Equipe muito simpaticos e prestativos. Quarto ótimo tamanho e limpo, só tem que se atentar as manutenções, o vaso a tampa estava quebrada. Mais é um bom hotel, voltaria me hospedar com certeza. Localização é excelente!

Boa estadia, tem uma vista linda pra basilica, quarto do tamanho bom, no final, bom visto benefício. A unica coisa que não é tão boa, é o café da manhã. E a grata surpresa foi que o hotel oferece uma visita guiada pela basilica, que fez toda diferença na nossa viagem. Fernanda foi uma excelente guia.

Cheguei no hotel e meu quarto não estava pronto, atrasaram 30 minutos para liberar o quarto, o detalhe é que mesmo assim nos colocaram em um quarto sujo, nem a pia do banheiro estava limpa, sujo de verdade. Salvo a governanta do hotel, que compareceu no quarto e nos deu todo suporte, nos colocando em um quarto apropriado e limpo.

Estava em 3 adultos e 1 crianças e tivemos uma experiência mediana neste hotel, OK para uma noite, mas no geral não recomendo. Pontos positivos: boa localização, estacionamento incluso, quarto e camas limpas, ar condicionado funcionando e a recepção nos trocou de quarto tranquilamente após pedirmos. Pontos negativos: banheiro com limo/mofo nas paredes e chuveiro que precisa de limpeza. Café da manhã limitado, tivemos o azar de pegar um pedaço de bolo com fio de cabelo e os pratos disponíveis estavam sujos e molhados. Gerente não muito gentil, estávamos aguardando a abertura do portão do estacionamento e ele chegou atrás buzinando para sairmos e quando estacionamos depois dele não recebemos nem um bom dia ou boas vindas.

O quarto estava bem limpinho, o banheiro também limpo e cheiroso, porém o papel higiênico é de péssima qualidade, achei terrível oferecerem algo tão ríspido a um hospede. O tapete do banheiro é um risco, porque escorrega, podendo causar acidentes. O travesseiro também não é confortável e poderia ter mais de um para cada hospede. O café da manhã, precisa ser repensado, tantos idosos, pessoas alérgicas, diabéticas e é uma fatura de glúten, poderiam oferecer mais algumas opções mais saudáveis. A noite alguns hospedes fizerem muito barulho até tarde, incomodando o silêncio, sugiro uma plaquinha no corredor. De resto o hotel é bem perto da Catedral, equipe de funcionários muito educada, tudo limpo e com segurança na porta. Vale a pena o custo benefício. Mas podem ajustar alguns detalhes.

Quarto limpo, localização muito boa, restaurante árabe na cobertura excelente. Só tenho uma sugestão a fazer: trocar os travesseiros. Os travesseiros são finos e baixos, sendo muito desconfortável para dormir. Do restante tudo muito bom.
