One of the best 4-star hotels I have stayed at anywhere in the world in terms of value for money. The pool area is fantastic, and the gym is huge and very well equipped. The service is excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They even allowed us an early check-in free of charge, which we really appreciated. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The location is also quite good. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

10/10! This place was amazing. The staff was so attentive and friendly. The ambiance and room everything was perfect. My two favorite people are Younice and Abderrahim. They made our stay more pleasant and welcoming. You will not regret staying at Longue Vie. From check in to check out was chef’s kiss!

Rooms was lovely, staff were amazing and breakfast was really good! Definitely great for value. Only downsides - water pressure on tap was bad halfway through and couldnt be fixed - however we were out of the room a lot so we couldnt follow up on it - hotel was extremely helpful throughout Also pool was under construction - we booked because it had a pool but was not notified till we arrived so that was a shame. They did mention it was being renovated to be better. Would still recommend - had a great stay, everyone is so attentive and welcoming. Location is perfect - 10 minute drive from pretty much everywhere (medina, airport, mall etc)

We stayed for six nights and overall were very happy with the hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard, which made for a really pleasant stay. There were, however, a few things that unfortunately affected our experience. The rooftop pool area was quite disappointing. The hotel has a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere, so we expected the rooftop pool to be a peaceful environment. Unfortunately, there were children running around, making noise and jumping/bombing into the pool despite the rules. This made the area quite disruptive and not the relaxing atmosphere we had expected. We also had a dirty nappy left behind one of the chairs on our balcony. We contacted reception to have it removed, but it took two days for this to be dealt with. We found this particularly unpleasant and unhygienic, and were disappointed that there was no apology or acknowledgement afterwards. On our final night, we unfortunately had a very noisy couple staying in the room next door. They were making a lot of noise in the hallway, and when I asked them to keep the noise down, the male called me a “b****” and were verbally abusive. We contacted reception, who called the room, but unfortunately the noise continued and they actually turned their TV up even louder. As we were leaving for the airport at 3am, we ended up getting virtually no sleep.

Very nice hotell

Luxury hotell with clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast, decent size gym and friendly and helpfull staff. Location is good and only a 30 minutes walk, or 5 minutes taxi to all major things in Marrakech. If you are sensitive to sound, ask for a room with a window to the patio as the street is quite busy and noisy.

Longue vie hotel was the perfect place to stay in Marrakech. It’s really close to the airport, not far from Medina that i love, has walkable pathways and essentially easy to navigate around. Their rooms were very neat, services was on point and complimentary breakfast was perfect for every morning meal. I am definitely coming back to Marrakech and this is my first choice hotel.
