Great location, huge apartment, huge comfy bed, nice balcony on fifth floor, good garage, great bathroom Parking is 25 euro for Hotels,com users. Have to exit car twice to enter garage. Prison cell block ambiance. All concrete. Over complicated technology for the simplest things. Closing balcony door with two opening options is difficult. All panels are low down and black, making everything like turning on lights difficult. Aircon is noisy

We absolutely loved it here. The location is perfect right in the heart of the old part of the city and walkable. The train station is only a 10 min walk to the hotel. The hotel itself is so clean and the staff was awesome, helping us with every thing from laundry, to what to do and helping us navigate trains. The room was beyond my expectations. So beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved the terrace connected to our room and spent mornings there. If I ever come back I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Wonderful, spacious rooms right on a great walking shopping street across from the Ötzi Museum. The city area of Bolzano has extensive walking streets with lots of activity. Great views and seems to be a center for cycling. Would definitely visit again.

The room was very spacious. Had a refrigerator and a table so that we could buy a few groceries such as cold cuts, bread, wine and cheese to enjoy if we didn’t want to dine out. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. We would stay there again.
