Good value for the money. Clean and friendful staff. Free parking and close to airport

This property is definitely not what it looks like on the website or holiday apps. The staffs were absolutely helpful, and very very nice, they go over and beyond to help. But this hotel is rundown old, despite it cleanliness the place smells horrible, the rugs on the hallway are hideous and the smell is really repulsive, the shower curtain was disgusting, booked 3 nights spent the night and left the next. It was prepaid I couldn’t get any money back but I didn’t mind. The place really urgently needs a makeover, like very serious maintenance

Hotel is in the process of refurbishment which is required. Frustrating when a hotel has a restaurant but doesn't do evening meals, only breakfast. Stayed here years ago. Would try again once refurbishment completed. But only if restaurant does evening meals.

Not cleanest. The plug sockets were hanging out of the wall but very convenient location from airport for a quick stop over. Beds comfortable and clean. Bathroom facilities were good. Didn't see any staff but instructions to get in were clear

2/10 Poor

Full of bed bugs, curtain bugs, shower bugs, bugs of all kinds, go to the B&b hotel next to it instead cause this hotel is terrible. Checked in and checked straight back out again.

The gentleman at the front desk this morning went above and beyond helping us get a taxi to the airport when we couldn’t arrange an Uber. He called a number of places and found us a ride. He is our hero today!

Value for money

Very happy overall. Just noisy guests returning after midnight spoilt it but I don’t suppose there is much that can be done about that except better sound proofing between the rooms

4/10 Fair

The stay was disappointing. The noise level during the night was unacceptable. Guests were talking loudly and even playing music in the lobby around 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The room was far too expensive for the quality provided. There was also no staff available after 11 PM, which made resolving issues impossible. Additionally, the location is inconvenient and much farther from the airport than expected.

2/10 Poor
