We have stayed here many times in the past. This time was abysmal- shower didn’t work, had to ask for most things at breakfast like jam,pots for jam, baguette, knives and the orange juice was warm - all this for nearly 12 euros per person. An absolute disgrace. Stayed the next night in a Best Western, breakfast under 11 euros and everything spotless.

Although we stayed just one night on our stop to the south of France, it would be nice to have a simple dinner. This was not possible, the kitchen was closed on sunday. The hotel is near the highway. The room needs attention, it was clean, but it is getting older... paintwork, sunscreen, carpet needs attention..

Do not arrive late

Since I knew I would arrive late I called in advance to the hotel. I was told that the reception would call me back before they closed. That never happened and when we arrived at the hotel it was closed and there were no information for us. We had to spend two hours in the middle of night to find a new accommodation

Séjour globalement [Correct / Bon], mais un problème d'entretien en chambre tiens à partager mon expérience suite à mon séjour. ​Concernant la chambre, j'ai rencontré un problème avec la machine à café : en voulant insérer une capsule, celle-ci s'est bloquée. En essayant d'identifier le blocage, j'ai découvert que le réservoir contenait déjà 11 capsules usagées accumulées. En tentant de débloquer le mécanisme, du café s'est renversé et m'a éclaboussée. ​C'est un détail regrettable qui montre un manque de vérification et d'entretien lors du ménage. C'est dommage pour un établissement de votre niveau. J'espère que cela servira d'axe d'amélioration pour les prochains clients.

Chambre tres simple mais pour une seule nuit, cela convient. Petit dejeuner buffet, simple aussi et un peu cher. Pas de restautation le soir, uniquement des snacks. Heureusement le restaurant buffalo grill est à 4 minutes à pieds. Personnel gentil et serviable.

L’accueil a été très désagréable et alors qu’il nous a été dit au téléphone dans la semaine que nous pouvions manger jusqu’à 22h, la même personne de l’accueil nous à refusé l’accès au restaurant à 21h20 car elle venait de recevoir un groupe et qu’elle était débordée. C’est indigne d’un accueil hôtelier digne de ce nom. Le première classe juste à coté aurait tout autant fait l’affaire puisque nous avons choisi le campanile justement pour pouvoir y manger lors de cette étape. Plus jamais
