Soundproofing is horrible. Both mornings of our stay the people staying in the room above us had their kid(s) stomping laps for 2-3 hours starting at 730-8am, and we could hear just about everything that happened outside our room the whole time. My recommendation is to get a room on the top floor if you enjoy sleeping in on vacation. Pool was good, but could use some updating/cleaning. Room was decent, but again could use a lot of updating and a bit better cleaning. My expectations were higher for what we paid vs what we experienced.

A nice Hotel - clean rooms and good bathroom. I liked that it was still right in Collingwood but much quieter area than being close to Blue Mountain area, which gets super busy in the summer. There is also a great 1-hour loop walk right across the street almost from the Hotel, which takes you right along the beautiful Georgian Bay inner harbour area.
