Location. Location, Location

I stay here for two reasons only. Vicinity of the metro and vicinity of the grocery markets. The staff were fine like most hotels. Maid service (room cleaning) also very good. However, the mattresses were very old and very bad for the back. Probably the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. Bathroom was fine but the living quarters were cramped but I can deal with that with very little effort.

Location, near a bus stop and Metro but kinda far from the tourist attractions. Too many guys just hanging around the area, kinda scary. Room was almost good except that the carpet was dirty. The shower and toilet in one, no division betuthe two, so when you’re showering and you’re not careful the whole area would be wet, including your dry clothes. The shower drain doesn’t drain fast enough that the water goes to the whole floor. Breakfast was good. There’s a kettle, no fridge, no microwave. They only have paper cups, so bring your own.

Parking lot is very diffucult to access. Parking lot is a portion of the overall parking space of the residence, and the clearness of those parking space of the residence is terribly disgusting.

People hanging around outside the hotel - intimidating and antisocial behavior from late afternoon into the early hours of the morning. Drunks shouting into the night and sick and urine all around the hotel outside. The room looked tired and needs refreshing but would have been ok if not for the dismal carpet. The carpet had steins of what looked like droplets of coffee and blood as well as lots of unknown indistinguishable marks. The hotel car park did not directly lead into the hotel and everytime you left the hotel to go into the car park (literally the next door outside the building) strangers were lurking and watching intently. It was intimidating. There were gangs on street corners and it did not feel safe to walk around or even drive.

Good hotel with transport links to explore Paris

Pros: 1. Clean room and daily change of bins and towels 2. Comfy bed 3. Bathtub instead of shower 4. Metro outside hotel with direct access to Gare du nord. 5. Plenty of places to eat Cons: 1. Pillows were too soft 2. Carpet could do with change 3. Area is quite rough but no problem for us 4. Constantly barking dog (not hotels fault but is annoying at night) Overall a pleasant no frills stay. Would consider this hotel on our next paris visit

Parking payant 18 euro avec codes sans ascenseur au 2 ème sous sol. Moi qui suis invalide j'ai pas aimé. Odeurs nauséabondes dans les escaliers. Horrible ! Petit déjeuner à 14 euro classic sans baguette dommage croissant certainement de la veille. Café à l'américaine jus de chaussettes. Vraiment déçu.! Nous avions pris une Gamme au dessus et vraiment déçu. La climatisation fesais du chaud 24 dans la chambre on a du dormir fenêtre ouverte avec bruit extérieur odeurs et pollution parisienne. Je recommande pas du tout et bani de ma. Liste.

Le parking n’est pas accessible pour personne à mobilités réduite. Il a fallu porter mon épouse et ensuite remonter le fauteuil roulant. Il n’était pas préciser que l’accueil n’était pas accessible du parking.

Der er masser af steder at handle i området og ligeledes mange restauranter. Metro stationen er lige for døren og der er Linje 5, som bl.a. går til Gare du Nord og derfra til Charles de Gaule.

Je réserve un lit double, je me retrouve avec 2 lits simples. On m’indique que c’est complet et que je ne peux pas avoir d’autre chambre. C’est pas comme si j’avais réservé à la dernière minute…Décevant.

Très moyen !

Très moyen, chambres vieillissantes, moquette très sale (je n'y marche pas pieds nus). Pas de pain frais au petit déjeuner ce qui est regrettable vu le prix. Hotel qui pourrait se démarquer du quartier par sa propreté mais ça n'est malheureusement pas le cas.

Used dirty coffee cups, bad customer service, no towels in my room and they tried to blame it on me, guy said if you have the do not disturb sign they won’t do your room, but I didn’t have the sign plus why would they take the only towels in my room if they were not going to replace them with clean ones? Very noisy, and can hear people in other rooms.
