The hotel is in a great area for shopping and easy access to the metro. We walked down to the Louvre museum in about 20 minutes. The grocery store, monoprix, is steps from the entrance to the hotel and has everything. There's a busy little cafe which is just to the right. Also, if your looking for a Royal with cheese a Macdonlds is just past the little cafe

Room had adequate utensils and cutlery for 2 people in the studio apartment. Bathroom was tidy and clean along with the room. A bit dark in the room as there are no ceiling lights just 2 lamps in the room with separate lighting in the kitchenette area . At an excellent location, Just a few steps away from a train station and a short walk to another train station. Galeries Lafayette only 3 minute walk away , Monprix supermarket just 2 minutes away too . Sofia at reception went out of her way to accommodate us and very informative too.

It was a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was never cleaned and we finally asked to have the garbage emptied. We missed not having coffee in the room. There was a coffee maker in the kitchenette but no filters or coffee grounds. It would not have been worth it to buy either for the few days we were there. The beds were fine but not excellent.

We had the one bed duplex, the upstairs was HOT, no matter what we did it couldn’t be cooled down and made sleep uncomfortable. Not sure why it’s 2 singles in the bedroom, it’s Paris and doesn’t make for a romantic get away. Luckily it was too hot to cuddle anyway. Other than that the room was great, everything you need and the downstairs got nice and cool.

The photogtaphs for this hotel are very misleading. The room we were in was dingy, a little broken down (the WC smelled like sewer gas and urine and had a flickering light reminding me of a horror movie), the shower was mildewy and was stocked only with hand soap instead of shampoo/body wash. The location is very convenient to several metro stations and shopping at Galleries Lafayette and Printemps. Our first night however, were kept awake by deafening truck loading/unloading, so keep that in mind for booking. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
