Great hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect — close to everything. Highly recommended. The only downside was the fire alarm going off around 1am, which meant the hotel had to be evacuated. That said, the staff member on duty was working alone and handled the situation incredibly well. The evacuation was calm, organised, and everyone was kept safe. Huge credit to him. Thank you for a great stay — I’ll definitely be back next time.
