I was very impressed about how luck I was to end up here. I was worried whether I could find a place where I would be able to check in so late (Sunday 10pm) and if the staff would be able to speak any other language than German. Very comfortable stay in a lovey area of NRW. Unfortunately I could not appreciate all the facilities, which are welcoming with their hours of availability. Now I know where to stay the next time I come to the region.

Ich wurde gut und hilfsbereit empfangen. Schnell wurde mir geholfen mit meinem überdimensionalen Gespann auf dem Gelände einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir konnten ein fantastisches Kunden Meeting stattfinden lassen und wurden, obwohl die Küche schon geschlossen war, alle mit einer Pizza gesättigt. Geräumige Zimmer und ein umfangreiches Frühstück, sorgten für eine entspannte Übernachtung, einen guten Start in den nächsten Tagen und ein weiteres tolles Meeting am Vormittag.

Die Nutzung des Parkplatzes kostet 6 Euro pro Tag, die Kaution für die Ladekarte der Strom Ladesäule belief sich auf 20 Euro, die Leihgebühr für einen Bademantel 10 Euro.. Das Frühstück kostete 24 Euro pro Person...... Wir mussten mehrfach unsere Daten ausfüllen, einmal zum Check In und dann noch einmal ein Formular für den Erhalt der Ladekarte..viel Bürokratie und zu hohe Nebenkosten....daher waren wir etwas enttäuscht...

Frühstück ist top. Der Barkeeper Shari ist super. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich leider auch. Die Angestellten ander Rezeption müssen fast gar nichts mehr machen weil Ein- und Auschecken nur noch digital erfolgt. Wirkt alles sehr unpersönlich.
