When I booked, I had spoken with Nancy the night of checking in and she was wonderful and kind. I didn’t get to my room until after 8 pm so I wasn’t able to see anyone in person, but checking in the room was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The problem for me is the room had no hot water. I called the next day, spoke to a different woman regarding this issue, and she told me that no one else complained and I didn’t know how to use the handles. I am aware of how to use shower and sink handles, turned the handles both ways to try to get hot water and left the water running for 5 minutes on both sides, still no hot water. I was not offered even an apology, just letting me know I was wrong and didn’t know how to use the handles. Very strange conversation, I hope whoever stays in room 2 is able to have the water fixed, or able to check in prior to 8 pm so they’re able to fix the problem at hand.
