This is a great hotel, great location and good attention.

Hotel awesome! Fab location and beautifully kept. Only small niggle was that the sun disappeared behind the mountain by about 1:30pm (we were there mid September), so it was a little cooler to sunbathe.

Our week in one of the suites was fantastic, the room was spacious, two large bathrooms with showers. The hotel itself is very nice, super clean, very spacious and everything is maintained to a high standard, and the setting is perfect, and a 5 min walk into town and 15/20 mins to the train station and harbour. Pool was great, always sun loungers available. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Sorrento!

8/10 Very good

Accommodation was clean, tidy and met all of our requirements. The staff are all mainly pleasant and friendly. We had an issue with the restaurant staff one evening when we were herded to our table like cattle and then ignored for 15 minutes to order drinks, so long we left the restaurant and ate locally. Due to the hotels location, the pool area gets very little sun in October and therefore the pool is cold and sun bathing is impossible from around 12 noon onwards. Otherwise the hotel is situated perfectly. Close enough to walk into the busy centre of town and down to the Marina.

Nice location, can walk into town. But dated rooms and overall hotel vibe. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is gorgeous. The pool is a highlight. There are many sitting area throughout the property surrounded by flowers and under lemon trees. They regularly have live music with bar service which was an evening treat. If I return to Sorrento again, I will stay here again!

This hotel was a gem in the heart of Sorrento! When they said there was free breakfast, I’m never interested in it usually because it lacks quality normally and choice. However, THIS free breakfast was INCREDIBLE had so many choices from just fruit and yogurt to omelettes, homemade bread, sausage, bacon, and the list goes on and on! I was very impressed with the breakfast and the amenities and the hotel staff was so kind and welcoming! FANTASTIC❣️

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Sorrento, this is it. We recently stayed in a Junior Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room itself is very large and spacious, with great amenities that made our stay highly comfortable. The deck and jacuzzi were wonderful. Sitting out there and looking at the views of the sea and the town of Sorrento was unforgettable. Beyond the beautiful property, the staff deserves a special mention. They are super accommodating and work with the highest level of professionalism. They assisted our family with a matter upon arrival and had us situated immediately. The hotel front desk and supporting staff at time of arrival and departure were very personable. This hotel comes highly recommended, and we are already planning our return trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean room, convenient location, helpful staff. The place is bit out dated, bathroom need renovation. In and out need to walk through a long corridor.

The pool is only open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. we tried using it on multiple days after it coming back from outings but it was always close by then which pretty much made it useless. The staff was very friendly and the upkeep of the property was impeccable. The fitness room was decent as well.
