We stayed in the apartment annex, and it was so lovely. The room was very clean and had every amenity we needed. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures capture.

8/10 Very good

No Elevators in the other sections of the hotel, stairs are trouble some for people with challenge. Noise from outside is quite disturbing @ night. Sleep break is often. Location is great, but no UBER/ taxi can go near to the entrance. Which is far from the Hotel.

6/10 Good

We booked two rooms for two couples. One family got a room in one building with elevator but the room was not so clean, old building. Wash room was not that clean. Other family got a room in other newer building with cleaner room and washroom but no elevator. staffs were very friendly, but it was difficult to find the Hotel in the old City's main square when we were checking in. The location of the hotel is the best, closest from some main attraction points in the city, very vibrant, lively and full of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was the best of class, plenty of choices. Big noises at night time, till late, from nearby shops and walkways, probably. the hotel is best for location, Breakfast and friendly staffs, average on facility, cleanliness and amenities, there is room to improve.

Everything was really good and location is amazing. I just felt that every-time i needed ironing, i had to ask for ironing machine at the reception. Was slightly inconvenient!

Front desk staff was amazing . They got us an earlier room , utensils when we needed it in the middle of the night . But the cleaning crew was lacking . They would only make our beds and never take out our trash .

What a beautiful hotel! The breakfast is wonderful also. It is right across the way from the famous Astronomical clock. We enjoyed that but the area can get very very busy. The windows are doubled so it was relatively quiet.

This is a great hotel in the best location in the old square - right across from the astronomical clock. You can have breakfast while looking right at the clock. This is an older building, but well maintained. Walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms were clean and staff friendly.

What a marvelous place! So unique and beautiful and extremely convenient. Right in the center of Old Town and across from the Astronomical Clock. I loved navigating the maze of stairs to get to our room every night. Our room was a small apartment and so homey to stay there. The stairs were difficult for my 74 year old mother but even she loved staying there. To get to her room we had to go up/down 3 flights of stairs. I do believe they have an elevator in the other building so double check if this concerns you. Our bathroom was completely updated and had great water pressure in the shower. Such a perfect stay!

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of old town. It is in front of the famous clock and it can be extremely crowded at times. The rooms are traditionally furnished. I enjoyed my stay!
