We stayed in a king suite on the 3rd floor. Convenient parking garage. Clean quiet room. Even though we were right next to the main road, our room was quiet. Room was very spacious. Large walk in shower with glass doors. EXCELLENT WATER PRESSURE! We walked to nearby restaurants & shops. Staf was friendly & helpful. Great value.

Everything was great the pools were clean, the beds where firm not my style but worked there was a cup behind one of the chairs in room but it happens , breakfast was amazing. Staff was helpful .Only complaint tv in room was difficult to work since it needed logged into WiFi and wouldn’t go through. It was also late so didn’t want to bother staff

It’s an older hotel so knowing that, it was pretty clean. Could use some upgrading for sure. The staff at the front desk was great. Breakfast was good. Just disappointed in all the smoking around the area. There is a cute fire pit, but everyone there was smoking. Everyone was smoking on the balconies. May not be a problem for others, but not being a smoker, it was disappointing. The pool area is decent, but gets shaded early in the afternoon. And it is very small. We did not use the indoor pool.

Check-in person wasn't customer service-minded so bad first impression, but one of the maintenance men went out of his way to help me with several items (hen the front desk didn't answer two calls on separate phones). Underground parking spaces were tight. Breakfast was adequate, but no hot water or tea bags for tea drinkers. Worst situation was guests had to pay for ice from an on-site ice machine. The two pools were highlight. Jacuzzi was inviting. Good value for reasonable price.

The lodge was a great place to stay. The room was clean the AC and Shower were awesome. The breakfast was Eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal. Drinks were Milk, OJ, Apple Juice and coffee. The only issues we had was we had to ask for towels, and coffee for the room after the first night. The lady apologized and siad she would take of it, and we did not have to ask again. She said she would make sure we had fresh towels each day and she did what she said. We were on the back in room #229. It did not have a view except for brick wall and the trash dumpster was very close to our room. The front facing rooms had a balcony. So next time we will ask for city view. The pools were awesome. Overall a great place to stay.

The location was great… The staff was friendly, but most of them did not speak English, or did not like to speak at all…. Breakfast was something like they serve you in elementary school. Very basic… not allowed to choose from so hopefully you like biscuits with some plain unseasoned white gravy. For the two hours, they actually serve breakfast that is… the pool and hot tub hours are short and not very sweet. They open at 11 AM after everybody’s out of the hotel and started their day and end at 10 PM when most people are just getting back from a day of sightseeing. So if you plan on using the amenities, you might not want to go back to the hotel in the middle of your day to jump in. Word of advice don’t use the elevator. A cat peed in there… if you’re just going for a place to sleep, this is definitely your spot… if you want more you’re not getting it here..

The location is amazing! Very convenient for old mill and trolley system. Breakfast was good we were in an older room and the only complaint was the phone did not work and the shower head was very short and the shower controller (on/off, hot/cold) was so low to the ground I had to use my feet to control it.
