Hotel MUITO bem localizado. Fica a 1 minuto a pé do Mercado Urbano Tobalaba e consequentemente ao lado da estação de metrô. Fica a 5 minutos de caminhada do Shopping Costanera e muito perto de vários restaurantes (Tiramisu pizzaria e La Birra Bar). De metro você leva 15/20 minutos até o centro e as outras atrações. Ao lado do hotel tem muitas drogarias e supermercados. O café da manhã é bom, os funcionários simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O quarto é espaçoso e com conforto térmico, era limpado todo dia. Chuveiro bom com água bem quente.

Hotel inseguro, com furto e assédio

Minha estadia foi um terror, NÃO recomendo pra ninguém! Estava com um grupo de amigos que saíram pro show a noite e fiquei sozinha, durante esse tempo funcionário do hotel conseguiu outra chave e entrou no meu quarto na intenção ou de furtar ou de assediar, somente saiu quando eu levantei da cama e reagi. Hotel foi comunicado e não fizeram nada, inclusive recusaram o meu reembolso mesmo depois desse ocorrido. Hotel não possui câmeras no corredor e nem no elevador, ou seja, completamente inseguro e se acontecer uma situação dessas você não tem prova. Além disso, furtaram 5 mil reais em dinheiro de um casal de amigos nosso que estavam em outro quarto, provavelmente o mesmo funcionário. Sobre o café da manhã, nada é feito no dia, tudo é comprado e industrializado. Experiência péssima do início ao fim.

Excelente localização e custo benefício

O hotel é muito bem localizado, da para fazer tudo a pé....o metrô tombalada fica 2 quarteirões, shopping e muitos restaurantes na região, além de lojas de conveniência, farmácia e casas de câmbio. O hotel é estilo apart, mas serve café da manhã, inclui boas opções! O quarto é amplo, segregado da sala/cozinha e banheiro, muito bem limpo. Água quente e sistema de aquecimento por meio de ar condicionado, muito eficiente. Possui frigobar e a água da torneira é potável, de acordo com a recepção. Excelente custo benefício!

Good budget hotel, but internet wasn't working

This is a small basic budget hotel with no leisure facilities or gym, so ideal for anyone wanting B&B basic lodging while in Santiago and it's walking distance from Tobalaba metro (Red Line 4) and a large shopping mall. My room was very spacious and great value for money, included a kitchen and large bedroom and breakfast is included in room rate. I had all I needed, except the wi-fi wasn't working at all throughout the hotel during my stay, the staff were very apologetic and explained that it was provided by an outside company and that they had been experiencing problems with it. I can imagine it was a nuisance for any business guests. The breakfast was fine, plenty on offer for price paid and expected, nice comfortable seating area and garden outside is open during nicer weather. El Golf metro station is a short walk away down the other way towards Las Condes and there are plenty of restaurants around and bars. Very good location for anybody coming to Santiago for first time or returning to the city for business or pleasure.

Bom, de forma geral

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo e com pessoal muito cordial e atencioso. Apesar do bom tamanho do quarto, o banheiro é muito pequeno e, no meu caso, havia um vazamento de água do boxe para a "área seca" do banheiro, que reportei desde o primeiro dia de hospedagem, mas nada foi feito, deixando o banheiro todo molhado a cada banho.
