Zariadenie nevedelo nič o mojom zaplatenom pobyte. Mám možnosť vrátenia peňazí, keď som obsadila len 1 ppsteľ a jednu all inclusive ponuku pri zaplatenom 2-lôžkovom pobyte?

Insgesamt sehr zufrtieden !!! Dr.Schwarz

Skusenost

S hotelom sme spokojni neboli. Zaciatok nie uplne prijemny personal na recepcii. Ubytovanie na dve noci stslo 250 € /2os. .

A 117€ on s'attend à beaucoup mieux. À votre place j'éviterais cet établissement.

Not worth the money

Nice pool and a good location on spa Island, but it is not worth the money: - bad service and no smiles in reception and pool bar - bad breakfirst buffet with cheese, ham and fruit, which was not very fresh - no aircondition and an empty minibar in the room This hotel was NOT worth the money compared to what you get for half the price or even much less in Slovakia.

Ok..
