The room was very very clean, the staff is amazing, we did not use the hot tub in the room, the breakfast is ok there yogurt , muffins , cereal, oranges, apples, boiled eggs, white and brown bread, 3 different kinds of bagels,2 kind of toaster jams peanuts butter and butter they had fruit cocktail, juice hot chocolate, coffee cream sugar . There a swimming pool a jacuzzi very relaxing and there a training room

Room was clean and beds were very good. . Freezing cold. Took a while to figure out how to get the heat on. Would have been nice for hotel to ensure heat is set to reasonable temp. The thermostat was still on Cool and not Heat.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel! The room was a haven - warm and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location was also fantastic - easily accessible and close to all the main attractions. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend!

Great for a one night stay travelling

Exceeded our expectations and was a super comfortable bed and all very clean. Great value for money with a decent breakfast. Perfect for a one night stay. Only issue was the pack and play bed for our infant was so dirty and smelled of smoke that we could not use it, it eeds to be replaced.

Great for a family weekend

Great spot for an affordable weekend with the kids. The water slide in the pool area is amazing. Rooms are big and clean, too. Special shout out to Ben at the front desk (I believe he's the manager) for the awesome service. Will definitely be going back.

Friendly welcome on arrival and a spacious comfortable room. Hotel has a pool,but we didn't use it. Breakfast was disappointing- it was a continental breakfast, with cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast etc but I felt that it wasn't the best quality.

Rooms were not cleaned, only every 3 days.. Many of us are away from home and expected services for our rooms to be cleaned, clean towels brought in.. I had to keep cleaning my room & disinfect it which is exactly what I do at home..

Overall we are very disappointed because we went there for my daughter birthday. Our kids love to swim and no one let us know the the heater broke during the day so the water was at 63. I dont understand why they keep that area at 59 degres. Its was so cold our kids didnt enjoy the cold. So out stay was very short.

Decent budget hotel. Comfortable mattress, breakfast was very busy therefore not well stocked. Need black out curtains as the current ones allow a lot of light in. Friendly staff.

Séjour étape inclus dans un circuit à travers le Canada. La chambre est propre, possède un micro-ondes et un petit réfrigérateur. MAIS pas possible de faire un repas à deux dans la chambre car juste un petit guéridon dans un angle avec impossibilité d'y mettre deux chaises. Mon ordi portable tenait tout juste sur cette table. Le système de climatisation est un vieux modèle, extrêmement bruyant et installé proche du lit donc il faut fermer la clim la nuit. Ce problème était identique au Super 8 by Windham de Kingston. Choix petit-déjeuner un peu juste mais reste correct. L'hôtel a un hall accueillant et agréable ; Accueil aimable et disponible à l'arrivée ; le bâtiment est en cours de rénovation, ayant vu le peintre repeindre les murs du rdc ! Par contre, comme tous les hôtels de notre circuit, nous avons dû laisser une caution à l'arrivée. Caution, donc pas encaissé, bien évidemment. Dans cet hôtel, au moment du départ, l'hôtesse nous a dit qu'il fallait compter jusqu'à 5 jours pour être remboursé car ils encaissent la caution... sans prévenir à l'arrivée ! Cela nous a surpris. C'est un peu léger comme façon de procéder.

Très bon accueil. Chambre calme malgré la proximité de la route. Petit déjeuner choix un peu léger absence de produits salés pas de pancakes ou de sirop d'érable ou d'œufs brouillés et de jambon.
