We arrived after a storm had taken out all the power, expecting problems, but no! The lady at check-in was waiting for us with our keys for the rooms. This is a classic, cute motel that has been refurbished to an extremely high standard. Everything was immaculate and clean and also functioned as it should! 100% will stay here again when passing.

One of the best inexpensive hotels I have stayed. Very clean and smells good, with a refrigerator and microwave. It is about 40 minutes to Garner state park and Lost Maple park. Next time I will definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and I like the white bed linens. TV is smart. Nice shower. All ground floor which is good because we’re parked right outside the doorway. Could be improved by adding blackout curtains to block noise from the nearby road and railroad.
