The staff on reception were very helpful about checking in & out, they were very polite and friendly. We could leave our bags for a couple of hrs after check out at reception. Car parking was convenient at a carpark at back of hotel, a public one but was discounted from hotel. The room was lovely, clean, beds very comfy. Was a bit chilly but very high ceilings and a very old building, but staff brought a plug in radiator up, made room toasty warm. Breakfast was made to order and very tasty. Staff at breakfast very welcoming and helpful especially to my sister with lots food allergies. The price was very reasonable, would stay again. Thankyou.
