Spotless Room, very friendly and professional staff, variety at breakfast was amazing. The beachfront villa was large, quiet and had a beautiful view with access to the beach. The landscaping on the grounds was well cared for. The beach is not great, but one only has to walk a few minutes down the beach to a perfect spot. We did swim in front daily, but I know some travellers are really fussy.

The beach was a bit of a let down, there is a degrading concrete wall along the whole front of the beach partially in the ocean that you have to navigate around if you want to swim. One side of the beach has a strong sewer smell. The rooms are old and the property is not super well maintained. The beachfront bungalow was nice to have to yourself. Easy to walk to surrounding restaurants and shops.

The staff were fantastic. There was a horrible flash flood/thunderstorm that took out power and water for the resort. The staff worked diligently to address the needs of the guest and fix things as quickly as possible. Also their housekeeping is top notch. A lovely quiet stay right on the beach. It is a beautiful place. We booked 8 months in advance for a panoramic garden view room. The photos linked to this type of room looked lovely. That is not what we got. Our balcony looked at the next (rather close building) with a tree in between. 😡. We enjoy sitting on our balcony and enjoying the view, but not this time. There are many beautiful sites which have a cottage look. The buffet had a good variety. The staff were very helpful. I was surprised that not all servers spoke English. Thank goodness for “translate”. We went to the beach and were appalled at all the garbage washed up on shore. We then chose to stay by the pool, which is a lovely pool btw. Hotel is in a good location for walking to the night market.

We booked a presidential suite so we had a Kitchen as we’d like to stay in an evening sometimes if we wanted any cutlery plates, toaster et cetera we had to pay extra for it this was astounding as it should automatically come with the Kitchen. My other group was it was advertised with what looked like a really nice beach in the photos. There is no beach the sunbeds are placed on the grass outside the bungalows. Very disappointing. The rooms are very very tired and old but the staff were amazing breakfast was poor a good selection of different cuisines although the toaster didn’t work and most of the food was cold when it should’ve been hot.

Excellent hotel which has been build in a very nice layout with a lot of bungalows which create a nice atmosphere, where most will have sea view. Nice beach and pool are that never was busy. Big celebration for breakfast. And then the offer free pickup and drop off to the airport. It is located with a 10 min walk to center, but also a lot of option on the the road in both directions

Really good hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh, lots of options and always full. The rooms were well maintained and spotless, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the baths on the balcony overlooking the sea were amazing. The free airport shuttle was excellent and comfortable. The pool is huge and kept as spotlessly as the rooms... Loved this hotel, close to everything, as in walking distance to main attractions. A great stay!

Great beach. Great location. Breakfast is all right, you have a bit of everything. A bit more maintenance would be required to improve the rating but the beach location compensate for it. The bungalow was great. The area where to have a drink next to the restaurant and the pool are below average and need some fixing.

This is a nice little resort perfectly located at the beach and also close to the city center. Breakfast is good, very clean and the room was spacious with a nice terrace. If you book the cheapest category you need to have a bit luck. My room 303 has ocean view and is located in the beach front part of the main building. Very recommendable. But there are also same room category behind with view to the wall of the front building. Ask for 301-303 rooms.

This hotel was very nice a beachfront and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Here comes the problem that was handled very badly. When I checked in the front desk lady showed me a paper and was writing checking in time checking out and the price. She said checking out at 2 pm and I was like really that different than other countries, and the front desk lady agreed to with me. We laughed and talked everything is good right. No checking out time we are already packed up by 12pm so we decided to go for a swim for 30 min thank take a quick shower and leave by 1:30pm. The guy showed up at the beach screaming at us telling us to leave the room and just saying a lot in his own language. So we rushed out at about 12:30pm and he was just fallowing us and yelling really loudly and then everyone was looking at us. In the end we went to the counter and told her that lady said 2 pm and it is not our fault. I told her to bring out the paper for our check ing and she sow what I said was true. Guess what they did after finding out it’s their mistake. They made me pay more money to them.
