We came late on the evening. Check in was fast. The room was very large with everything you need and more. The best quality towels. The personel was nice and helpful when needed.

Staff were polite and helpful. However, there were a few issues. The air conditioning was not working. Staff said it would be fixed the next day, but it was not. Another issue was the noise. Loud music from the restaurant could be heard in the rooms, making it hard to sleep. I informed the staff, but the restaurant team did not take action.

Oda temiz değildi çarşafta kıllar vardı değiştirdiler. Sıcak su gelmiyordu aradıktan sonra düzeldi. Odada değişik bi koku var termal otel mi diye düşündük ama naftaline benzşyor rahatsız edici. Restoranları var ve restoran gerçekten çok güzel hizmet özellikle garsınlar vs çok ilgili. Restorana gelip bi gece kalıp aabah gitmeyi düşünürseniz idare eder eh işte bi yer. Ama otel olarak tercih edilmemeli. Kaldığım en kötü oteldi. Resepsiyonda ki hanımefendi karşılamadan bi haber. Fakat iş restoran olunca farklı.
