Was mostly totally fine for a budget hotel, obviously not luxury but clean and functional. My only complaint was that the heating seemed to have been turned on to some crazy level, and since I had an inside room with no window to the outside air, it got uncomfortably warm for sleeping. No other way to regulate the temperature inside the room either. So if you like it cooler, get a room with a window.
