A beautiful hotel and really nice staff. They also took care of us by providing breakfast as we had an early departure to the airport. The room was beautifully decorated. The room had good air conditioning. However, the soundproofing was really poor as you could hear conversations, sneezes and other noises in the next room. Room also modern, apart from the bathtub and some minor things in the room made us feel like it was a little short of 4 star (shower head rubber had worn away, so it wouldn’t stay high enough for us to get under it, toilet seat didn’t fit to end of the toilet rim, small patch where tiles had broken replaced with just grout) - minor things, didn’t affect our stay/enjoyment.

The hotel was ok. Room was clean but the bathroom and corridors need updating. Also all the noises from the corridors can be heard in the room. Breakfast was also ok even though we expected a little better because of the price. It is a shortish walk from the city center to the hotel. We also faced a little problems getting our luggage from the luggage room when leaving to the airport as there were no members of the staff present at the reception and nobody answered the telephone.

I had a wonderful stay at the Florum Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room with a balcony that had a stunning view of the city. The bed was very comfortableand the reception is open all the time. The location is perfect very central, with plenty of transport options nearby like the metro. you can even walk to the city center in just a few minutes. This is a hidden gem with a pretty convenient location in downtown Vienna. There are a lot of food options around the area, and you can even go walking to some of Viennas most famous landmarks. Breakfast was not that good but still acceptable. If I come back any time soon, I will definitely book this one again.
