The lobby can use a little fragrance. Other than that, it’s an awesome hotel. The staff are great. They come quickly when you need them. 👍

I stayed at the hotel recently. The hotel is modern, well maintained and clean, whilst their Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The young girl at the restaurant, Rachelle is always ready to help serve and warm up your food and make you whatever omelettes you want. Breakfast is included for locals and is decent! Televisions in rooms need an upgrade and the music on the rooftop snack bar needs to be turned down a bit. Overall value for money, good pick!

6/10 Good

Staff warm. Property clean. Security here could be an issue as they are two entrances to the hotel. During my stay only one light was working. Thus waiting time too long at times. The rooms too have no balconies. That notwithstanding, my 1 week stay here was good.

Nice staffing, however poor service for breakfast…. At 8 o’clock our choice for breakfast was very limited… we end up by finding another location to have breakfast the next day

Not worthy !!! As traveler you expect staff will make you feel relaxed and welcomed. Nothing of such short you can expect from this place. At reception person got my ID and gave me room keys. No info about place or amenities I received neither advices on how to excess it. Asked for beverage credit given by Expedia, person at reception checked with manager and offered welcome drink but no info on how can I get it. When I complained to Expedia manager came next morning and offered me lunch. You pay for service and expect to receive without you asking for it but at this place is terrible in delivering it. I was given only one towel for hot and humid weather where you need to shower at least 2 showers a day. Towel were pale white colored too. No Shampoo list goes on….
