Wer einen entspannten 5-Sterne Urlaub sucht, ist hier falsch. Das Personal erledigt großteils Dienst nach Vorschrift, ist nicht vom Fach und wenig hilfsbereit. Handtücher für den Pool und den Strand sind nicht immer verfügbar. Wenn man bei der Spa-Rezeption nachfragt, wie lange es denn dauert, bis es wieder Handtücher gibt, wird man darauf verwiesen, bei der Rezeption im Eingangsbereich nachzufragen, da sie es nicht wissen. Unsere Zimmernummer wurde von der Spa Rezeption falsch notiert. Wir mussten daher lange warten bis wir die Karte für die Rückgabe der Handtücher zurückbekommen haben, um unsere Kaution zurückzubekommen. Die Rezeption in der Lobby ist furchtbar, unhöflich und sehr schlecht organisiert. Ich kann nur davon abraten, sich ein Taxi von der Rezeption bestellen zu lassen oder bei einem der an der Rezeption angepriesenen Ausflüge teilzunehmen. Weder das Taxi ist pünktlich gekommen (über 40 Minuten Verspätung bei einem wichtigen Flughafentransfer und mehrmaliges Nachfragen notwendig), noch hat der Ausflug, um die bei der Rezeption angegebene Uhrzeit stattgefunden. Eine Entschuldigung erwartet man sich vergeblich. Die Unterlagen werden nicht einmal professionell angepasst, wenn man höflich auf den hotelseitigen Fehler hinweist. Ich kann nur empfehlen selbstständig ein Taxi zu buchen. Auf das Hotelpersonal ist kein Verlass. Den Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen ist vieles egal und das ist schade. Das Hotel an sich ist für osteuropäische Verhältnisse sehr schön.

Meget fint hotel, men reception personalet i dagtid var ikke særlig hjælpsomme, eller gode til at give informationer. Vi fandt først ud af at der var en pool med rutsjebaner bag Polen på 3 sal, da 3 da vi snakkede med receptionisten om aftenen.. Maden var ikke 5 stjerner overhovedet, udvalget var lille og man skulle stå og vente på de kom ud med noget, hvis man skulle nå at få noget.. morgenmad var det samme, han lavede 10 pandekager af gangen, det tog ca. 10min, men så tog den første i køen 10, så kunne man stå der 10min mere og vente.. de kunne godt lave lidt mere af gangen eller have 2 i gang.. Synes ikke det var pengene værd…
