Magnificent hotel, incredible staff, a truly world class experience. If you’re in Seville it is not to be missed. It’s incredibly close to a taxi stand and one of those site seeing buses so it truly was so convenient. It’s also walking distance from Las Setas. There was construction directly outside but I didn’t hear much of it.

Beautiful historical hotel centrally located within walking distance of shops, cathedral, and other points of interest. Staff were hospitable and helpful. Breakfast in the courtyard was abundant and the wait staff ready to bring anything you wanted. Very deserving of 5 stars. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to everything. Staff so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention for - MariAngelis who worked in the pool bar and restaurant, she was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely stay here again for a special occasion.

Very nice luxury hotel which could easily be a 5 stars. We had some inconvenience with some hotel service which was solved after some discussion with the management. The hotel is really nicely done, no doubt. Also well located in Sevilla allowing to visit all by foot. When you are a 5 stars GL hotel then you need to take care about all small details including pro active comm with the customers when for example water supply stops for several hours and it is over 40 degrees outside! Really hope the management improves that point because the hotel is really super nice.

Well located for the many sights and restaurants on offer in Seville. The hotel is amazing, opulent rooms, beautiful restaurant in El Limon, and relaxing roof terrace with pool and bar. The staff are happily on hand for any question or request you may have. Highest praise for the Maitre De of the restaurant, Manuel De Terry and his local wine knowledge, welcome recommendations, and tasting opportunities - excellent food quality in a very chilled environment. We definitely plan to return to this hotel.
