The hospitality of the staff is much below expectations. The receptionist who checked us in was simply arrogant towards us. Towards another guest who walked in during our check-in process, he threw a condescending look which we could clearly notice. This is totally unacceptable.
As our flight arrived early in the morning, we went to the hotel and tried to check in early - agreed that this is a gesture of goodwill - but the receptionist refused but we understood. When we later went to pick up the key, the staff at the reception were all acting very busy, with the same receptionist, without saying hello or anything, just handed us the cardkey while saying: "this is exceptional that we grant you already the cardkey at 14h00, check-in time is 15h00". An earlier simply asked question, whether I could use my Radisson status was rejected saying "the room was booked through the "competition" Expedia - and a mail was sent by Radisson that no gifts could be granted anymore as they are not making any profit on these bookings". Unacceptable remarks.
We checked out early with another receptionist, who came across as 100% not interested, he did not even bother to ask why we checked out early or how our stay was...
Overall, the room was very small, the shower door was leaking and the room privacy was below expectations with the entire hotel able to look into the room when the courtains are open.
For this money, there are better hotels in the same area that do value their guests.
