Very nice, comfortable hotel just by the museum. Safe underground car parking a helpful addition.

6/10 Good

Staff very friendly, room good and clean, breakfast good. Spa area was a bit tired and very busy with baby swim classes - it would be helpful if you could let guests know the schedule for classes ahead of time. I probably wouldn't have gone for a swim and sauna had I known the pool would be full of babies and toddlers learning to swim! Otherwise all good.

Really lovely hotel in great location. Staff were really helpful and courteous. Our room was most comfortable and spotlessly clean -very comfy bed and pillows and slept well. Great shower too and breakfast very good value. We would definitely stay there again.

Couldnt ask for a better hotel friendly staff amazing food and very clean

6/10 Good

The pool closed at 8:30 on the weekends but 10 on the weekdays??? This made no sense to us and was very inconvenient. The location was ok, very noisy and they have concerts across the street which we had no idea. Parking is difficult as they allow anyone to park so hotel guests are not prioritized and you may not get parking. The beds were very hard. The breakfast was good.

Friendly staff, accommodating. Let is check in early when a room became available. The room didn't smell great upon arrival, but having the windows open for a few hours made it go away. Cleaning was thorough and efficient, pool was small but nice and enjoyable for relaxing. Although some seats or benches wothin the pool would be frwat
