The staff at the property are very helpful and go above and beyond. I have stayed at this location before and have had nothing but good experiences. The people in the room next to me however were very loud but staff took care of it right away before I even said anything. 10/10 stay.

Very nice easy check in. Room was great. Bed comfortable. Clean easy accessible for a senior bathrooom. TV channels werent what the guide said they were but at least you had channels of good variety to watch.

Management/Front Desk wasn't available to help with a billing issue. Tried corporate and they leave it up to the property to handle. The property decided not to answer the phone anymore, so issue never resolved.

I’ve stayed here before and it was clean and comfortable. I gave it another chance and this time it was horrible the room was dirty and the floors were sticky. It was extremely loud with people slamming doors all night and the staff member that checked us in was on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time and didn’t really engage with us.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 days so we could visit family in Helotes. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like a smoking parlor and someone previously had been smoking in our "non smoking" room in 223. The room was spacious but not entirely cleaned (spots on sofa, blood on pillow, dirty tile floor and mirror). The staff was helpful and the playground area was great when granddaughter came to visit us.
