Great customer service. The guy at the front desk of reception was super helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of my suite! Having the restaurant on site is so convenient when you have excursions planned! Didn’t have to wait for a table for breakfast or dinner despite them being busy. The location is convenient. Most places to see in Tadoussac and surrounding areas you would drive to, anyway, so it’s fine that it’s not down the hill in the center of Tadoussac. I give 4 stars because it’s just nice to have things like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms when you stay at a hotel. There’s a nice handmade body and face soap, but otherwise just a 2-in-1 body wash shampoo dispenser.

Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well
